I am finishing my third month of anti-acne Club can a couple of days and I can't say enough good things about it. I have tried benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, sulfur masks, pore strips, honey scrubs, and plenty of supplements, and probably some other things I've blocked from my memory. I've had acne since I was 14 and I'm 26 now. I was on the pill for two and a half years which did help my acne. My skin was nearly perfect for half of that time but when I came off of it it was hormonal and skin chaos. Anti-acne Club help me kick the acne and even PMs and cramping.

The first month I did experience a purge and some headaches. Both of those things went away. When the purge was over, I noticed my acne decreasing with each cycle of my period. I also noticed that my cycles were more pleasant than before! Has my acne decreased, the texture of my skin changed for the better. My pores became smaller, I produced less sebum, and now even my blackheads are becoming scarce. A pimple or two around my period is what I'm dealing with now, when it used to be swathes of my face being red, raised bumps and small whiteheads, and a smattering of cystic acne across my forehead and jawline.

I started taking these supplements in May 2021. For the first few months it didn’t feel like the supplements were working in fact my acne actually went worse, however i was told this was expected to happen as its my bodies way of adjusting. However, since December/January i haven’t had any new breakouts and my skin is 100% clear now. I’m happy i persevered because in the end it was worth it! Although it did take longer than expected to clear up compared to others on the reviews, everyone is different and requires different amount of times. The best natural alternative out there with 0 harmful side effects and its all good natural ingredients!

After coming off the pill a few years ago, my skin began to break out in so many spots all over my face. I initially went on the pill go help my teenage acne, and when I came off the pill in my early twenties, it all came back! I tried so many products, none of which helped. I have now been taking the anti acne club for 11 weeks and I’m about to buy my next lot of bottles. Within a month I noticed a change, and the improvements have kept coming each month. Whilst I still get the occasional hormonal spot, my skins complexion is a lot more radiant and matte, and my spots are far less fierce than they once were! I do think that I will stay on the capsules for another few months as I don’t feel ready to say goodbye yet, but I will be taking down my dosage as suggested by ACC from 2 a day to 1 a day! Honestly, don’t hesitate in buying this product, it’s changed my life and made me so much more confident. I’M NOT EVEN WEARING MAKE UP TO WORK TODAY which is ground breaking considering a few months ago I wouldn’t even pop to the shop without concealer.

Before trying these supplements I would describe my skin as having mild to moderate acne that was semi under control from use of multiple products. What I wanted from this product was to stop outbreaks appearing rather than tackle them once they’re there, and also to have just one product for my skin rather than a whole arsenal of expensive products.

I am just about to finish the third month of the supplement. Very quickly (a week or two) after starting them I noticed that my skin was incredibly less oily. No product I have ever tried (foundation, primer, powder) has ever taken the shine off my nose quite like these supplements. They are worth it for that benefit alone! Clearing the spots has been a very gradual process for me over the three months rather than a sudden change, but they have absolutely been cleared and my skin is so much better. I still get the odd spot but they don’t ‘erupt’, they stay small and clear up very quickly. I still wouldn’t call my skin ‘perfect’ but it’s miles better and I hope with continual use of this product it will keep improving.

Throughout the three months I’ve still been using all the other skincare products I did before but now I’ve got to this stage I am going to start dropping the expensive toners, creams etc and I have high hopes that my skin doesn’t need them anymore.
