All delivery in Australia is free of charge. If you place an order before 2pm we’ll send it that same day .

This returns policy is seperate to the money-back-guarantee policy.

You can return your order to us within 14 days of purchase, provided that the safety seal is still intact. To do so, please email us at skincare@porefavor.com

The postage costs for returning the bottles is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
